Hello

I'm Janet Coco and these are my two boys. I've had the honor to homeschool them for over nine years and while it's been a rewarding road, it wasn't until I prioritized my own personal journey towards emotional regulation that it became truly enjoyable. Since then, I've been dedicated to empowering both myself and my kids with the practice of owning my emotions and taking respectful action to manage big feelings. Having the time and space to teach them self-awareness and acceptance by incorporating my passions in music, puppetry and illustration  has been so fun for us all and I hope that sharing these resources will help others going through similar challenges.
